My background is in trading desks, treasury and startup operations. I bring that experience to software: finding what is worth building, making it useful day to day, and keeping it straightforward to own and run. If a simpler solution makes more sense, I’ll say so.

2025 - nowCrumbless AICTO & Co-Founder
Architecture from zero on a brand growth OS powered by Chip, a self-improving CMO agent. I own the technical direction: RAG pipelines, agent orchestration and multi-model routing, on Next.js and Postgres. Co-founded it and still run engineering day to day.
2024 - nowIndependent consultingSolutions Architect
Agentic workflows, context engineering and MCP integration for founders and operations teams. The work runs from mapping how a business actually operates through to building and handing over the systems. Clients keep the code, the documentation and the accounts.

Angel-backed startup, operating side. Treasury and compliance sat with me, as did investor relations, which meant the reporting had to survive questions from people putting money in. Three years of running the processes I now automate for other people.
2020 - 2021Celsius NetworkInstitutional Operations
Institutional operations at a platform with $10B under management, covering OTC across the EU, UK and Asia and more than $250M in CeFi deployments. I personally negotiated over $1B in institutional loans, which meant living inside the settlement, counterparty and compliance detail rather than reading about it.
